I work with clients online, using WhatsApp video call or whichever platform feels easiest and most comfortable for you — whether that’s Zoom, FaceTime, or something else you prefer. Online sessions are just as effective as in-person therapy — in fact, many people find them even more effective. Being in your own familiar space can help you relax more deeply, which enhances the benefits of hypnotherapy. Plus, there’s no travel time, no rushing around, and you can do the session from the comfort of your sofa or bed (blanket and tea encouraged!).
All you need is a quiet, private space, a good internet connection, and somewhere comfy to sit or lie down — and we’re good to go.
Before we begin working together, we’ll have a relaxed 15-minute chat to get to know each other a little and talk about what’s been going on for you, as well as what you’d like to achieve. After that, I’ll book you in for a free initial consultation, which takes around 30 minutes and is held over video call. During this session, I’ll take some basic details and share a gentle, easy-to-follow explanation of how the brain works — especially when it comes to anxiety. Understanding why you’re feeling the way you do can be a huge relief in itself, and it’s the first step toward feeling more in control again.
There’s no pressure, no obligation — just a calm, supportive space to explore whether this is the right path for you.
Regular sessions usually take around 50 minutes and will take place at the same time and day each week. We spend the first part of the session using talk therapy and creating a goal to help you move forward in a positive way.
For the 2nd part of the session we will be using trance, this is the best part of the session as you get to kick back and completely relax.
